AC Milan is launching the Élite Experience and Milan Camps 2026, two initiatives dedicated to young footballers. The Élite Experience, now in its second edition, will take place at Vismara - PUMA House of Football, offering a four-week program from June to July. This camp is designed for boys and girls aged 8 to 16, where they will be trained by the club's official technical staff. The program is based on the Milan Method, which integrates technique, tactics, and mentality to develop well-rounded athletes. Participants will have access to over 30 hours of training, tactical match analysis, and individual coaching, with options for both Residential and Day Camp formats.

Alongside the Élite Experience, the Milan Camps represent a cornerstone of the Rossoneri summer tradition. These educational camps have guided thousands of children and teenagers through play and training in a healthy and safe environment. In 2026, the Milan Camps will reach over thirty locations in Italy and expand globally, with stops in countries like Georgia, Slovenia, Malta, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, England, Kosovo, and Croatia. This program aims to spread Rossoneri values to young people around the world.

Daniele Massaro, AC Milan's Brand Ambassador, emphasized the importance of values such as respect, responsibility, and teamwork, which are at the heart of both experiences. The AC Milan Élite Experience and Milan Camps not only train footballers but also contribute to the personal growth of participants. With a focus on education and discipline, these initiatives are designed to help young people become not just athletes but better individuals.
