The purchase reflects the shared ambitions of AC Milan and Inter, along with their respective owners, RedBird and Oaktree, to achieve long-term sporting success. The project involves the construction of a world-class new stadium and an urban regeneration initiative for the San Siro area. The design has been entrusted to Foster + Partners and MANICA, aiming to create a facility that meets the highest international standards. This new stadium will not only be an architectural icon for Milan but will also contribute to the sustainable growth of the city. The operation is supported by financing from international banking institutions such as Goldman Sachs and J. P. Morgan, along with the clubs' banking partners, Banco BPM and BPER Banca.
