AC Milan is restructuring its organization with the hiring of Ruben Amorim and the potential appointment of Markus Krösche as Head of Football. The American ownership has initiated a series of strategic changes to rebuild the Rossoneri squad. Krösche, currently at Eintracht Frankfurt, has already had discussions with Amorim regarding the technical project. However, the German club demands a compensation of at least €7.5 million to release him from his contract, which runs until 2028. Eintracht's president, Mathias Beck, stated that there have been no official contacts from AC Milan regarding Krösche. Nevertheless, Krösche appears to be tempted by the idea of leading the AC Milan project. Alongside him, Timmo Hardung could arrive as sporting director, while Bobby Gardiner is set to be promoted to head of scouting. The role of CEO remains to be defined, with Massimo Calvelli in pole position for the promotion.
